      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full suite of advisory-based products and services to drive the firm's product strategy
      - Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on various products and investment platforms
      - Partner with Compliance and Legal Counsel to maintain up-to-date selling agreements and disclosures
      - Lead the onboarding process for approved products and selling agreements across functional areas
      - Provide ongoing education and training programs regarding advisory-based products to internal and external teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline
      - 7-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably as a product manager or in a similar position
      - FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 licenses required
      - Strong expertise in investment products and Envestnet's investment platform
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree or industry designation (CFA, CFP, CIMA, CAIA) preferred
      - Proven leadership capabilities with experience building high-performing teams
      - Process improvement experience
      - Strong training, coaching, and feedback skills
      - Detailed knowledge of Broker/Dealer & RIA operations and compliance
