      About the Role:

This team supporting CGMA candidates with their studies and their learning journey to earn the prestigious CGMA designation. We measure ourselves on how many individuals we can help build their professional futures across the globe.

Some of our students require more personalised support covering 1-2-1 coaching, safeguarding issues or indeed their physical and mental wellbeing. You will aim to support any student who requires more individual attention and ensure an organisational wide adherence to a safeguarding policy.

You will eventually own our strategy for how we provide more personalised support, so we offer terms of how this is achieved and what the priorities are. Each year we’ll be able to measure how many people re-engaged with their studies directly because of your influence – we hope this would therefore be an altruistic rewarding role. You will report to the Senior Director of Relationship Programmes. This is a remote role.

      You Will:

Work with all student facing teams to develop their awareness of safeguarding and the associated risks

Identify training needs and plan sessions for staff to enhance their knowledge of safeguarding

Provide regular updates on ‘at risk candidates’ progress through written reports and meetings, including trends and recommendations

Analyse local and national data and keep up to date with policies and legislation

Monitor all concerns daily to swiftly identify where further action is required

Develop resources that specifically aid a candidate’s mental and physical wellbeing.

Create a procedure for the business to follow if a candidate articulates their physical or mental wellbeing has been affected

Guide and motivate CGMA candidates to help them work toward and achieve exam success. This would include i) ensuring students are aware of the support resources available to them and ii) providing the right resource to meet their needs.

Record interaction, highlighting information and trends such as i) the study obstacles they are facing ii) whether they sat an exam and did they succeed, iii) what solutions are working or are not working

Produce monthly reports on performance and results of relevant campaigns, identifying any gaps or opportunities to improve the resources and services provided to our candidates

      You Have:

NVQ safeguarding Level 3 and above

Two years in a safeguarding, wellbeing or 1:2:1 coaching role

      How We Support You:

We provide flexibility to help you achieve a good work-life balance. You'll be part of a global, diverse team who foster an environment of inclusion and belonging where you are valued for who you are and where you come from.

We offer benefit options in and out of the workplace, including healthcare, retirement, paid time-off, parental leave, and an employee assistance program. We provide resources that support your mental health and evolve our offerings to meet your needs. We care about our employees' welfare and focus our benefits package on the benefits which support your wellbeing. We also recognize that everyone has different priorities, so in addition to our core benefits to support your health we offer flexible options for you to choose benefits that are right for you, your family, and your lifestyle.

We believe in non-stop learning and are committed to investing in learning opportunities that help you reach your full potential and support your continued development.
