What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and review monthly Sales Compensation data validation processes for accurate commission payments
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and maintain internal controls
- Develop and produce key sales performance reporting metrics, including quota attainment and deal analysis
- Design and document short-term incentives and draws for quota-carrying roles
- Assist with the communication and rollout of compensation plans to ensure clarity for the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required; CPA preferred
- 6+ years of Sales Compensation and Strategy experience with 3+ years in Incentive Design programs
- Expert-level proficiency with Xactly Incent & Analytics required
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong business partnership experience with executives and upper management

- Advanced presentation skills, including the ability to build presentations and financial models
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting to executives and large groups
