      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all aspects of Global Sales Compensation and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, and Human Resources
      - Lead a team of Sales Compensation Analysts in administering sales compensation programs
      - Implement and manage global sales compensation plans with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
      - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to drive performance across the sales organization
      - Foster continuous improvement and interdepartmental collaboration in sales operations activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum five years of relevant work experience in Sales Compensation
      - Previous team leader and/or people management experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of data entry processes
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail

      - Experience with Xactly Incentive Commission Software
      - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
