      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with management to develop key company sales initiatives across content verticals
      - Identify and maximize revenue opportunities in sports and digital media properties
      - Create strategic sales decks and presentations for clients and prospects
      - Support the launch of new podcasts and develop go-to-market strategies
      - Drive cross-functional coordination to respond to high-value custom RFPs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Media, Advertising Sales, or related field
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales strategy, sponsorships, digital media, sales marketing, or operations
      - Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies for media or sports divisions
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and media planning tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in both digital and sports media strategy and campaign planning
      - Familiarity with the sports sponsorship landscape
      - Knowledge of podcast/vodcasts, social media, CTV/OTT, sponsorship, live events, and custom content offerings
      - Expertise in data-driven sales strategies and media planning
