      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire and manage a high-performing team of revenue enablement professionals
      - Oversee team projects to ensure high standards of completion using SCRUM or OKR Project Management frameworks
      - Identify and align company goals with core projects for the revenue enablement team
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align learning experiences with business objectives
      - Lead and execute core projects related to sales processes and methodologies based on business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in business-level English, both spoken and written
      - Significant experience in Direct Sales or coaching within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
      - Proven experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
      - Extensive experience with project management frameworks like SCRUM or OKRs
      - A track record of supporting revenue-generating teams in achieving significant milestones

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Operations
      - Familiarity with sales reporting systems such as Salesforce or similar
      - Direct people management or team lead experience
      - Certification in Instructional Design or project management methodologies
      - Exposure to competitive intelligence and go-to-market strategies
