      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high-performing team of embedded Operations professionals supporting the Sales Engineering Team
      - Build and maintain a comprehensive program that supports the Global Sales Engineering Team, including operating and capacity planning
      - Ensure a healthy career framework for Sales Engineers, partnering with the People Team to maintain a talent funnel
      - Drive technical enablement strategy in partnership with Product, Sales, and SE Leadership
      - Develop strong operational performance reporting for the Executive Leadership Team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
      - 7+ years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or other analytical roles
      - 3+ years of experience leading a team and/or program in a go-to-market function
      - Proven experience in building processes and enablement strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency
      - Strong understanding of business process automation and experience in driving cross-functional initiatives to completion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MS/MBA degree
      - Fluency in AI terminology and strategy, particularly in business process design
      - Understanding of software development and release cycles, focusing on New Product Introduction and technical enablement
      - Experience managing multi-day conference-style events for large audiences
      - Experience developing and managing intake processes and roadmaps for team productivity
