      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Estimators, ensuring quality and accountability in quotations
      - Act as a hands-on contributor for complex quotes while serving as the escalation point for the team
      - Develop accurate quotations from customer requests and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ tools
      - Drive standardization and adoption of approved bundles across hardware, software, and services
      - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to unblock deals and accelerate revenue recognition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Over 5 years of experience in quoting, sales operations, or commercial support for technical solutions
      - Previous experience leading or mentoring others in a sales support or operations function
      - Strong proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Excel
      - Ability to read and interpret plan sets and specifications/SOWs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in ITS or related fields
      - Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Collaborative communicator capable of aligning cross-functional teams around common outcomes
