What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Estimators, ensuring high standards of quality and responsiveness
- Produce complex quotations and act as the escalation point for the team on strategic quotes
- Provide ongoing training on quoting best practices and Salesforce/CPQ usage
- Drive standardization and adoption of approved bundles across hardware, software, and services
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to unblock deals and accelerate revenue recognition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in quoting, sales operations, or commercial support for technical solutions
- Prior experience leading or mentoring others in a sales support or operations function
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tools, and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret plan sets, specifications, and SOWs

- Experience working with distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in ITS or related fields
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
