What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Estimators, ensuring high standards of quality and responsiveness
- Produce complex quotations and serve as an escalation point for strategic quotes
- Provide training on quoting best practices, product bundles, and procurement workflows
- Drive standardization and improve quoting workflows for efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quote-to-order processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in quoting, sales operations, or commercial support for technical solutions
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring or managing teams in sales support
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications

- Experience working with distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
