What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Estimators, ensuring high-quality and timely quotations
- Produce complex quotations and serve as the escalation point for the team
- Develop compliant quotations based on customer requests and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ
- Drive standardization of approved bundles across hardware, software, and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to accelerate revenue recognition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in quoting, sales operations, or commercial support for technical solutions
- Prior experience leading or mentoring others in a sales support or operations function
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tools, and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as plan sets and specifications

- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
