      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement the sales qualification process
      - Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company values
      - Track and report sales team metrics to leadership regularly
      - Coach and develop direct reports while maintaining high employee engagement
      - Ensure proper usage of sales software and CRM applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within the Human Capital Management industry
      - At least 2 years of prior management experience, with experience overseeing a team of 4+ people
      - Technical proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
      - Strong leadership philosophy emphasizing team development and a customer-centric approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior management consulting experience is a plus

      - Experience in creating sales contests and motivational initiatives
