      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement training strategies for the Immunology Gastro franchise, specifically for Gastroenterology Account Managers
      - Collaborate with Senior Commercial Leaders and cross-functional partners to enhance the effectiveness of commercial training
      - Elevate the field-based team's impact through targeted training in product knowledge, selling skills, and objection handling
      - Lead national sales meetings training workshops aligned with the GAM team strategy
      - Represent the Field Training leadership team and influence line management in learning strategy development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales and sales management with a proven track record
      - Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products
      - Experience in a Buy & Bill market with strategic execution and leadership
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners
      - Strategic thinking and business planning skills to diagnose needs and develop training strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in marketing, sales management, and/or commercial training
      - Knowledge of instructional design systems or extensive experience in training and curriculum design
      - Experience in selling, negotiating, and influencing without authority in complex commercial accounts
      - Marketing or sales leadership experience
