Job Description

Manage, construct, and coordinate weekly site production schedule. Work with the ID logistics cross functional teams to manage supply chain resources needed to fulfill the site weekly production volume. Align with customer planners to determine site expectations. Monitor and advise leadership on customer forecast changes. Advise production team on critical schedule changes to align with customer needs. Collaborate with operations on weekly labor needs.

Responsibilities:

• Direct or coordinate weekly production schedule.
• Generate weekly ME2L final and daily volume report.
• Collaborate with customer and local leadership on site expectations.
• Provide directions to site operation team on schedule changes.
• Drive weekly planning meetings.
• Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, considering labor limitations and time constraints.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Pay Range: 77k-105 (based on experience)
