What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team for outside direct sales
- Increase market share and meet or exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn
- Implement key operational initiatives while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards
- Coordinate and conduct frequent sales meetings to motivate and guide the team
- Mentor and coach Account Executives in the field to ensure ongoing development and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment
- 2 years of people management responsibilities
- 2 years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities, including effective presentation and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes to attract and retain top sales talent
- Proven track record of high yield business sales success
- Ability to conduct difficult conversations and manage change effectively
- Experience presenting to both large groups and individual clients
