What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead operational assessments and business process reviews to understand customer needs within public safety agencies
- Evaluate existing business processes and provide tailored recommendations for software configuration and application
- Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and lead workshops to develop new workflows
- Design and deliver training curriculum and materials for end-users to ensure successful software implementation
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients to communicate requirements and adapt software solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a People Manager
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
- Strong project management and people management skills
- Technical expertise in public safety information technology environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in public safety software deployment and support
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
- Proven ability to develop training materials and lead training sessions
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and collaboration
