      The Manager of Staffing Coordination oversees Providence Mount St. Vincent’s nursing staff scheduling (RNs, LPNs & CNAs), working with two direct reports to provide integral staffing and scheduling support, delivering on our Mission of caring for all, especially those who are most vulnerable. In this role, you’ll grow relationships with our caregivers and agency partners – from interviewing candidates to ensuring they’re supported daily. You’ll build relationships with our nursing staff, providing guidance in a union and non-union environment. As a member of our senior leadership team, you’ll be expected to collaborate with other department managers to ensure the quality care we’re known for.       Important details:

      • An ideal candidate has strong people management skills, project management experience and is ready for a leadership position
      • This role requires a flexible schedule, alternating holidays and weekends with your colleagues as needed
      • You’ll be responsible for the direct management of two Senior Staffing Coordinators, helping them handle concerns from contract management to HR escalations

      Required qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, Health Administration or related field Or Associate's degree plus 4 years experience in staffing or health care
      • 2 years of experience in health facilities staffing or equivalent
