      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of Strategic State Sales Representatives to drive expansion efforts in California
      - Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members while leveraging existing resources
      - Develop and execute strategic market plans to identify key accounts in K-12 and Higher Ed institutions
      - Participate in complex sales situations and negotiations to assist the team in closing high-value deals
      - Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting, providing detailed activity reports to the VP of Sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a SaaS sales team, preferably in EdTech
      - Proven track record of success in strategic market environments and managing complex deals
      - Deep understanding of the USA educational procurement cycle and engagement with educational stakeholders
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach early-career talent
      - Expert knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, for pipeline management
