- Four (4) year college degree. MBA preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- High degree of proficiency with data analysis; specifically, advanced excel, understanding of SQL, data visualization, working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial acumen to evaluate growth opportunities and then translate into tangible financial outcomes such as revenue, income, impact to cash, etc.
- Superior communication skills and presentation skills, including identifying relevant insights.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
- Hyper-curious and resourceful.

- Develop new data assets with external vendors, or internal analytics team (e.g., new claims database) and/or own and maintain existing data assets to enable understanding the market dynamics such as market size and emerging trends such as growth rates, changes in reimbursements, etc.
- Support development of business unit and enterprise strategies by conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, asking the right questions, hunting for insights, and developing materials to enable effective communications.
- Collaborate effectively with various enterprise functional teams such as finance, HR, Product, IT, and business unit leaders to gather insights and build effective strategies.
- Lead all market expansion analysis, including new market entry and by which strategy - JV, M&A, de novo. Provide insight to identify partner and or acquisition targets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data science and healthcare.
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Strategy and Analytics will play a pivotal role in the development of both business unit and enterprise strategies. This role will develop and enhance new and existing data assets to understand the market dynamics and trends and drive insights to make strategic decisions confidently and allocate capital appropriately. In addition, the role will lead in the identification of new markets for BAYADA to enter and subsequent coordination required with the business unit stakeholders.
