Acts as a liaison across the enterprise for supply chain activities, working across functions and departments to drive sound business decisions for program execution and process optimization.
Provides robust leadership and regularly interfaces with Program Management, GSC Program Management, Business Management, Property Management, Compliance, and Mission Assurance in execution of the EPS work packages.
Functional management responsibilities include staffing, labor management, employee development, establishing and implementing policy, program support, and leading community of practice meetings.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels
Periodically review company property processes to ensure they remain effective, efficient, and adhere to government and program/contractual requirements.
Candidate will be expected to build and maintain relationships across multiple program IPTs.
Responsible for developing and delivering training.
Manages important projects & priorities.
Acts as an advisor to leadership and internal customers.
The selected candidate must be a self-starter with strong organization skills, have a high level of attention to detail, and possess effective communication skills.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program/Project/Business Management, procurement or resource planning , OR a Master’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program/Project/Business Management, procurement or resource planning
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects from conception to completion
Must have Supply Chain Experience
At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Experience developing and delivering training
SAP experience
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS
Active DOD top secret clearance
Current Special Program Access
Cost Account Manager experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

This leadership role is located hybrid in Melbourne, Florida. Additionally, requiring on-site support on a weekly basis. The selected candidate shall have the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stake holders both in person and virtually. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Enablement. The selected individual will be responsible for managing a diverse team of employees and support all programs in the NGAS Sector. Areas of responsibility range from project management, parts integration, and acquisition through program/contract closeout activities.
