Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Supply Chain!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving, organizing, and maintaining the latest technical documentation supporting engine maintenance and overhaul operations.
Responsibilities
· Strategic planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Responsible with his/her team on below activities
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software.
o Responsible for investigating and deep dive in case of any discrepancies.
o Lead conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records using Warehouse management Systems (WMS)
o Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
o Responsible for defining SSL, Re- order point and define logics and processes associated with it.
· Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve operational excellence. Provide guidance on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Vendor management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
o Collaboration and Coordinate with fulfilment, expeditor, sourcing & procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
· Process optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
o Drive Lean initiatives in concerned division and processes
o Provide guidance & thought leadership to the team
o Lead initiatives, problem solve and ability to break down bigger problem into strategic actions that impact business Y.
o Responsible for proper documentation of std work on need basis
· Data analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports. Use insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements in supply chain operations.
· Risk management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure contingency plans are in place to address disruptions or unforeseen events.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
· Relevant Aerospace Experience
· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
· Extensive experience in supply chain management, with relevant in a leadership role
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Proven track record of successful vendor management and process optimization
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
· Experience in Analytics domain is preferred.
· Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $107,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
Location-based Roles “Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Cincinnati, OH area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
