      Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Manager of Supply Chain Site to join the team. Full-time Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Hybrid work schedule

      Manager of Supply Chain Site Job Responsibilities:

      • Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
      • Participates on the Product Conversion team and communicates any changes to the Supply Chain team.
      • Solicits feedback from Supply Chain and clinical staff to improve Supply Chain operations.
      • Ensures all recalled and near-expired/expired products are removed in a timely manner.
      • Addresses any operational concerns from the Supply Chain and clinical staff.
      • Monitors operating budget to ensure the operation is financially compliant.
      • Ensures the Supply Chain is adequately staffed to support clinical operations.
      • Completes annual performance evaluations for team leads in a timely manner.
      • Monitors operational metrics on a daily basis and addresses any performance issues while developing and executing the action plan(s) to drive operational performance improvement.
      • May perform additional duties as assigned

      Manager of Supply Chain Site Additional Requirements:

      • Work schedule: Full-time Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Hybrid)
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant additional experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
      • Experience: 5 years of related experience AND 1 year of management/supervisory experience
