- Work on one of the fastest growing Consumer Packaged goods teams in Canada, supporting Tim Horton’s continued growth and expansion into various Grocery segments
- Support external logistics partners with inventory management, identify supply and timeline risks and problem-solve potential solutions
- Demand forecast management: Collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers and refining processes to improve forecasts models
- Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons
- Interacting with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
- Assist with the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels for both ambient and frozen items
- Support with contingency planning for any potential supply disruptions
- Oversee operational projects with 3PL partners, including copacking of in store displays, and packaging corrugate
- Act as key contact in vendor management, lead recurring vendor supply calls and assist with strategic vendor discussions
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide monthly supply forecasts to co-manufacturers
- Oversee the tracking of key operations KPIs, such as retailer fill rates, and ensure we are meeting our contractual forecast / buying commitments
- Prepare workback schedules to maintain key timelines for successful product launches, assist in R&D process for new CPG products
- Ensure proper tracking and execution of seasonal rotations / listings, packaging transitions, and inventory write offs
- 3+ years’ relevant work experience in supply / demand planning, or procurement with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in supply chain or business
- High level of analytical skill and judgment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. SAP, Nielsen, Tableau and Kinaxis knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication, planning and time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- History of executing successful collaborations across internal and external teams
- Critical thinking skills with an ability to tackle unique projects with a positive and problem-solving mindset
- Fast learner with ability to establish relationships quickly and manage projects under pressure
