Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the planning and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to approved scope.
Maintain a strong attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination, ensuring that deliverables are accurate and aligned with expectations.
Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, and logistics to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
Identify gaps in information, flag inconsistencies, and ensure high-quality, precise execution of all workstreams
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
Support team members by stepping in where needed, contributing to both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.
Draft, refine, and communicate progress updates, presentations, and executive reports, ensuring clarity, alignment with business priorities, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Build effective project dashboards and reports to communicate progress, risks, and key insights to stakeholders.
Fluent in agile and scrum methodologies, bringing thought leadership to our ways of working and delivering meaningful experiences to our employees.
Anticipate roadblocks, identify risks, and propose solutions without needing direct instructions.
Navigate ambiguity and connect the dots across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between teams and initiatives.
3+ years’ experience in project management.
B.S or B.A degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodology .
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level messaging and materials.
Ability to work and influence cross functional teams and with other business/technology groups within an organization.
Ability to adjust to changes and set priorities to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates comfort in a fast-paced, delivery execution environment where priorities shift frequently .
Must have a thorough understanding of project management concepts and techniques, using a variety of methodologies.
Excellent a bility to communicate and manage effectively with various levels of stakeholders (developers, business teams, executives ).
Proven ability to lead through others and to drive delivery teams to execute.
Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn and adapt in ambiguity .
Self-starter willing to jump into demanding situations .
Experience creating presentations, reports, and dashboards using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is preferred.
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) are beneficial.

$101,000 - $119,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
