- Responsible for all the enterprise circuit feasibility, delivery and partner governance
- Delivery of Fixed Line Services Onnet and Offnet Last miles as per committed timelines.
- Revenue realisation of 90% of in month delivery and 95% of target order value.
- Revenue realisation of 80% for order book by segment within 90 days timeline
- Improve overall link delivery experience through Group Engagement -CRFS Compliance -92%
- 90% compliance to 8 weeks of inbound delivery from WO generation.
- 95% compliance to 8 weeks of outbound delivery from WO generation
- OffnetPO process ageing
- Revenue realisation of 80% revenue as per Order book in a month within next 90days
- Connected location / soft upgrade delivery TAT
