- This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by effectively analysing KPIs for improving Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer
- Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints, Innovative , Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and having very good cross functional co-ordination
- Transmission trouble shooting
- B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications with 6+ years of experience

Job Purpose
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
-Complete Responsibility of monitoring and driving Operations SLA at Zonal Level
- Ensure implementation of operational policies and procedures at Zonal Level.
- Conduct periodic audit and inspection to ensure that testing and measurement equipment is available and being utilized by the field staff as per laid down norms and procedures.
- Design and implement strategy for expanding operational support services.
- Provide support to community Projects in respective zone
- Provide support to corporate customers in respective zone
- Assume overall responsibility for supporting technical customer care as per laid down norms as well as monitoring of complaint resolutions.
- Analyze training needs of operations staff and co-ordinate with Functional Training Team.
- Ensure timely execution of special projects/ up-gradation assignments.
Network uptime for all technology in the cluster.
Plan & Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance to improve Network quality of the cluster for maintaining the operational KPI’s for 2G, 3G & 4G network.
MW uptime and ensure the visibility of nodes in the NMS.
Liasoning with IP vendors, OFC vendors and local authorities to improve the network performance and better customer experience.
Ensure discipline in Asset / Inventory / Spare management documentation to have right track of Network assets
Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of RAN/MW network.
Technical skill set of optical network.
Managing others and team
Administration and team building ability
Analytical and communication skill set.
Experience- 4-6 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN domain.
