What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sustain and grow relationships with a defined portfolio of clients
- Advise clients on strategic decisions and technology solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver optimal solutions
- Lead and build high-performing teams
- Adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to solve client challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery and sales
- Experience working with multiple IT solutions
- Experience working with healthcare clients in payer, provider, or life sciences space
- Track record of leading people and building high-performing teams
- Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Comfortable selling to and building trust-based relationships with senior executives
- Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding revenue targets
