      AlediumHR, on behalf of our client, is actively seeking a hands-on, high-energy manufacturing continuous improvement manager who can drive Lean transformation across multiple sites and help us achieve world-class performance.

      This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is boots-on-the-ground, sleeves rolled up, lead-the-change kind of work. If you thrive on solving problems, leading Kaizen events, and turning good operations into great ones, our client wants to speak with you.
      What You'll Be Rocking:
      • Own the Mission: Lead deep-dive investigations into operational issues rate, yield, crewing, and quality, and uncover root causes that drive real solutions.
      • Connect the Dots: Facilitate best-practice sharing between plants and drive a culture of learning and innovation across the region.
      • Be a Change Agent: Identify performance opportunities and partner with plant teams to create executable action plans.
      • Drive Strategic Projects: Take ownership of key tactical and strategic initiatives, seeing them through from start to sustainable success.
      • Lead the Lean Charge: Implement and teach Lean methodologies on the shop floor Kanban, SMED, VSM, 5S, TPM, and more.
      • Analyze and Act: Dig into the numbers using SAP, PowerBI, and other tools to turn data into insights and insights into action.
      • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide leadership with real, actionable performance improvement opportunities and insights.
      • Keep the Momentum: Coach, mentor, and support plant leadership teams in sustaining gains to ensure that improvements stick.
      • Lead and Inspire: Drive Kaizen events, guide Lean teams, and influence at all levels of the organization.
      What You Bring to the Table:
      • Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
      • 10+ years of hands-on project management and continuous improvement experience.
      • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert (required).
      • Advanced training in Lean tools 5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, and more.
      • Deep operational leadership experience, you've lived on the shop floor and know how to drive change where it counts.
      • Proven track record of leading and sustaining Lean transformations.
      • Strong project management chops and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
      • With excellent communication skills, you can translate Lean principles to shop floor workers, plant leaders, and executives alike.
      • Experience running 50+ Kaizen events and the ability to live and breathe Lean every day.
      • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% across production sites in the U.S.
