- Be the Safety Leader for production by the active support and role modelling of Safety programmes and reinforce safe behaviour of production team members.
- Ensure that all products comply with product specifications. Ensure that all Quality Policies and Safety regulations are in place, understood, monitored and followed by corrective actions
- Deliver according to production plan in line with conversion costs, loss rate and recipes. Responsible for production planning and scheduling following the demand requirements
- Works cross functionally to develop and implement a mid to long-term strategic plan and annual operating plan, proactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action to enable safe, reliable, flexible and cost efficient manufacturing capability that is a demonstrable competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous Improvement plan and embed a zero loss mindset across the site to deliver against best in class both internally and externally
- Provide coaching towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and phase journey as per masterplan and Self-sufficient teams. Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and development of the multi-functional team
- Lead and be accountable for all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are in place, understood by all employees at the site, and regularly reviewed and monitored for compliance to policy.
- Interface with Key stakeholders internally & externally to establish/maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, goals and build the company equity and image.
- Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving manufacturing environment with exceptional results with a career that has seen time at the Front Line and/or Manufacturing Manager level.
- Demonstrable and intuitive knowledge on fundamentals of good manufacturing practice, process improvement and optimization.
- Proven track record in strong engagement with teams, from shop floor to leadership team.
- Experience in leading and driving a growth and change agenda.
- Strong knowledge and experience within Continuous Improvement, LEAN manufacturing, TPM, IL6S. Acting as a change agent you will lead the section and influence the site team to develop the operational teams to achieve levels of ability, knowledge and independence (autonomy) that leverages team working and flexibility.
- Excellent communication in Swedish and English (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions and a high level of capability around managing relationships and outcomes with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Category and Sales.
- Fluency in Swedish language.

Our Upplands Väsby plant is going through an exciting period of change. We are looking to recruit a key role within the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Plant Director. This a key leadership role and will require coaching and motivation of staff at multiple levels to ensure effective delivery of the daily performance through the alignment of resources (people, plant and process) to meet defined KPIs and Operational targets.
This role is key in driving the IL6S agenda, throughout the manufacturing plant, and cross functionally, with other key areas of the business. A key element of this is the development of a strong process and continuous improvement culture is expected through building the capabilities of the teams within the section across the whole SQCDSM agenda. You put people at the centre of the operation. You act with integrity at all times and recognize that sustainability is driven through strong leadership aligned to a committed support to the teams and the primary process.
