What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily audits and room inspections to ensure compliance with standards
- Review documentation and communicate effectively with team members
- Collaborate intra and interdepartmentally to resolve issues
- Read and interpret SOPs to maintain compliance
- Maintain up-to-date training and perform other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Operations or quality assurance experience in any industry preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to obtain and maintain gowning certification and media qualification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards
- Previous roles in operations or quality assurance in any industry
- Willingness to work in varied environments, including sterile and warehouse settings
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required
