What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute Antelope's sales brand protection program, focusing on Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance
- Run weekly MAP compliance reports and communicate market violations to the sales team
- Manage and maintain the authorized and unauthorized reseller database
- Conduct research on potential distribution leakage and collaborate with sales teams to mitigate issues
- Support the E-commerce team with catalog management and day-to-day commercial execution tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or sales administration, with experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) required
- Demonstrated experience in supporting sales teams with data organization and reporting tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Experience with Salesforce
- Comfort working with large data sets and ability to distill insights for stakeholders
- Collaborative working style, effectively partnering across sales, legal, and cross-functional teams
- A passion for pets, particularly dogs and cats
