      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct training sessions at Wholesale partner stores to educate Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) on Purple products
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with store leaders and RSAs to enhance sales performance
      - Communicate corporate initiatives to stores and gather field insights for account teams
      - Execute sales incentive programs to motivate and reward top-performing RSAs
      - Provide solutions and support to retail partners, ensuring adherence to Purple's brand standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in Indirect Customer Sales
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven track record of developing and implementing market-level sales strategies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in computer software, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in developing or facilitating training content
      - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
      - Ability to travel daily within the market, including overnight and airline travel
      - Residence within the assigned market or willingness to relocate
