      What your role is

      This is a country leadership / Distributor management job spanning in Switzerland for all channels: retail, convenience, and eCommerce. All brands are represented and developing with growth potential, supported by local distributors ensuring the planning, selling and activation at the customer level. Continuous optimization of Route to market model. The role requires excellent English language skills as primary work language and travel time to the markets / storechecks in Switzerland ~10% of work time.

      • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

        1. Deliver annual Sales Targets and Gross margin development
        • Deliver key financial annual RNS and targets
        • Align distributors on commercial targets & measurements through robust Joint Business Plan for each year
        • Identify & recommend action plans to accelerate sustainable share and volume growth
        • Negotiate with our distributors the trade terms and activation plans

        1. Enable Go-to-Market Execution
        • Demonstrate strong category expertise and partnership with regional trade to create compelling category stories
        • Recommend effective launch model for NPDs within indirect sales model
        • Strong trade landscape understanding to support business plans that drives incremental value for the company, distributors & customers

        1. Build on-going sales & distributor capabilities
        • Engage distributors to execute plans perfectly
        • Establish strong collaboration to support distributor needs
        • Ensure recommendation on Perfect Store approach
        • Own the fulfilment of contractual obligations by the distributor

      What you will bring to the team

      • University Degree in Business or related field
      • 10+ years of sales experience with a leading FMCG company.
      • Solid Experience working in multifunctional team/matrix environment
      • Strong experience in P&L management and distributor working environment
      • Proficiency in German language is preferred
      • Natural collaborator, hands-on & pro-active mindset, confident communicator with strong leadership, influencing and people skills
