What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an online community of advisor clients to enhance participation and experience
- Develop and implement detailed project plans while staying on time and within budget
- Collaborate with team members to define research goals and objectives
- Oversee relationships with research vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Optimize online communities to maximize value and insights for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing research (either vendor side or client side)
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- College degree required
- Exceptional analytic, mathematical, and statistical skills for data insight extraction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior-management presentation capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience engaging advisory boards or groups in an online setting
- Background in investment firms or financial services
- Research experience specifically with financial advisors, particularly RIAs
- Experience in designing and managing User Experience (UX) studies
- Familiarity with implementing AI tools in research processes
