      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to execute retail and wholesale strategies

      - Conduct sales presentations and lead team meetings to drive sales performance
      - Utilize CRM tools to enhance productivity and track sales efforts
      - Collaborate with HR on talent development and employee engagement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - HS Diploma or equivalent required
      - 2-5 years of direct sales experience
      - Proficient knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
      - Ability to travel upwards of 50% and relocate if necessary
