What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage budget and set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals for the assigned market
- Conduct regular market visits and establish professional relationships with retail leadership
- Source and conduct training sessions for retail employees to enhance product knowledge and sales processes
- Audit in-store merchandising compliance and confirm marketing initiatives
- Participate in monthly sales events to demonstrate effective sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working in retail
- Must be physically present for training sessions, presentations, and meetings; some travel is required
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Microsoft Enterprise Software
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Consumer Electronics or Wireless Retail
- Background in customer inventory analytics
- Strong problem identification and creative resolution skills
