- Conquest new business through focused selling to body shops, glass shops and auto dealers.
- Identify new customer prospects and execute sales process to land new business.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and deliver superior customer service to create additional opportunities.
- Lead and/or participate in in industry events to educate and expand network.
- Proactively identify opportunities and provide solutions that address customer needs.
- Expediently address customer, operational and performance concerns.
- Facilitate/support collections as needed.
- Support the process to drive Tech productivity and utilization.
- Support and adhere to Company's policies and procedures on ethics standards and commitments.
- Provide timely feedback to Sr Ops Director regarding market conditions, competitive pressures, and the engagement of staff at all levels.

- 7+ years' experience in sales in a similar type of environment.
- Auto, insurance or reconditioning industry experience is a plus.
- Meet the requirements of Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.

Base Pay Range:
$92,800-$105,000
As a Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading business development within defined geographic area. Additionally, you will provide market-wide leadership for the calibration operations. The essential job functions include:
