What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, restaurants, and distributor partners
- Promote sales of the Kirin brand and conduct training within the territory
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and provide updates on sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive distributor engagement through support, training, and strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be proficient in both English and Japanese
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account/distributor management
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships across various stakeholders
- Experience with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to drive an automobile
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in beverage industry sales or distributor management
- Cultural knowledge of Japanese or Asian accounts in the United States
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in networking and effective communication to foster a positive work environment
