What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Growth and Marketing teams with performance analysis across paid media and on-site funnels
- Monitor and analyze paid marketing channels, tracking spend, conversions, and efficiency trends
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and recurring reports to surface actionable insights
- Assist with campaign analysis, identifying successful strategies and areas for improvement
- Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation analysis to evaluate performance changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or data-focused role (internships included)
- Strong comfort working with numbers, metrics, and datasets
- Working knowledge of SQL (basic joins, aggregations, filters)
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to D2C, e-commerce, or subscription businesses
- Familiarity with tools like Segment, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRM platforms
- Early exposure to experimentation or attribution concepts
- Experience working with large datasets or event-level data
