- Analyze performance of multi-channel campaigns (PPC, paid social, organic, email, etc.) and make recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, cost per admission, and digital funnel performance.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, BI, or similar).
- Partner with PPC, SEO, and CRM team members to track performance and identify optimization opportunities across regional markets like Greenville (and more)
- Assist in measuring campaign attribution and patient journey analytics across platforms and tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, INVOCA, Five9, Salesforce, etc.).
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor activity, and regional insights to guide messaging and targeting.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of test-and-learn frameworks and A/B testing strategy.
- Support sprint planning by helping define success metrics and measuring sprint outcomes.
- Follow leads from phone calls to admission and identify quality issues.
- Help translate data into recommendations for creative, media buying, and content teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analystics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing analyst or data-focused marketing role.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Bonus: Experience working in healthcare, addiction treatment, or a HIPAA-compliant environment.
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to leadership. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in informing marketing strategy across RCA's national and regional campaigns, with a focus on driving patient admissions through data-driven decision-making. This role will support the marketing team by implementation of tracking, analyzing campaign performance, producing actionable insights, and developing dashboards and reports that influence budget allocation and optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and able to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories that improve campaign performance and support RCA's mission to save lives. Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a strong plus.
