What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure high-level data integrity and execute global changes and updates of the donor database
- Develop strategic, accurate, confidential, and detailed reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives in payroll, information technologies, and finance
- Actively identify and research individuals, corporations, and foundations to analyze their capacity and inclination to give
- Provide database support to maintain governance standards and generate KPI dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Three years' related experience in a similar role
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Knowledge of Blackbaud RE NXT is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in fundraising, business administration, or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of enterprise subscriptions to Blackbaud FE NXT and Fundraiser Performance Management
- Direct experience in developing data entry standards and analytic tools like statistical models and wealth screening
- Familiarity with tools such as ResearchPoint, Lexis Nexis, Guidestar, Foundation Search, and Foundation Directory
