What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage department tasks, including internal and external project requests, ensuring timely execution and organization
- Generate and analyze monthly reports for GA4 and Google Ads tracking, providing insights and recommendations
- Research and support emerging website optimization strategies in AI, SEO, and GEO
- Assist in managing and organizing incoming leads and inquiries within the CRM and website backend
- Develop and distribute monthly social media content and performance reports across various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field, or extensive industry experience
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate marketing roles, ideally in companies with multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including message development and community outreach
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, gather information, and make informed suggestions
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, design software (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva), website analytics tools, and social media platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, home care, or senior care
- A passion for mission-driven work and improving quality of life for seniors and their families
- 2-3 professional references
- A positive attitude and a great sense of humor
