- Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and business directories
- Compile and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems
- Analyze and qualify leads based on client criteria to ensure quality opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand target profiles
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and data quality
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
- Strong research and data-mining skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1-level proficiency)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Available to work night shift
- Based in the Philippines
- Experience in B2B lead generation or supporting fast-growing companies
- Familiarity with CRM and outbound sales tools
