  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage and route incoming leads, ensuring timely processing and accurate assignment to the sales team
  - Support targeted micro-campaigns by preparing and validating data, segmenting audiences, and tracking outcomes
  - Assist with event management, including setup, registration support, and lead imports
  - Maintain database integrity through ongoing data hygiene practices such as deduplication and normalization
  - Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing and sales performance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment
  - Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data validation
  - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  - Experience with Salesforce and tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Livestorm
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience designing and delivering data-driven reports for business stakeholders
  - Extremely detail-oriented with a consistent habit of checking work before release
  - Strong critical thinking skills capable of identifying and resolving inconsistencies
  - Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively
  - Proven proofreading and editing skills for data and reporting accuracy
