What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design compelling marketing materials using Canva, such as social media graphics and digital flyers
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance creative output
- Monitor and track key performance indicators for social media and marketing efforts; prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or High School diploma with 5+ years of hands-on marketing/social media experience
- Proven ability to manage social media for a brand or organization
- Proficiency in Canva and other digital design tools
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills
- Professional communication skills with the ability to lead and manage tasks with minimal oversight
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Brandwatch
- Background in event planning or community engagement
