What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and events
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and timely campaign launches
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports for stakeholders
- Contribute to writing and editing audience-focused content in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize marketing operations systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of marketing experience or a Marketing degree, including relevant internships or volunteer experience
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, and measurement of marketing KPIs
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Smartsheet
- Experience in the nonprofit, library, education, or mission-driven sectors
- Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working on a small remote team
- Ability to connect strategic big-picture thinking with tactical details
