- Works closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns and promotions based on university goals.
- Gathers and drafts content in the form of marketing copy, press releases, photos, and videos for various marketing channels, including web, print, and digital.
- Shoot and edit high-quality campus photography and videography to capture student life, events, and academic programs.
- Assists with the development of email communications, university newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Updates the university website text and content as needed, including the event calendar, program pages, etc.
- Ensures consistent brand voice in all marketing content efforts.
- Designs and creates graphic content for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and other promotional items, ensuring they align with the university’s branding standards.
- Collaborates with multiple teams and departments on campus, as well as with students and alumni.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Marketing-related experience in content creation, writing, and web.
- Experience in graphic design and general web updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative working style.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize projects
