What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics, including marketing performance and customer acquisition
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform data for reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Analyze campaign performance across various advertising channels and organic acquisition sources
- Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to understand lifetime value and retention patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, e-commerce, or DTC industries
- Familiarity with marketing analytics concepts such as LTV and CAC
- Exposure to cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing
- Interest in developing skills in Python or R for data analysis
