      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Uphold high standards of data quality for audience and segmentation reporting and analysis
      - Lead initiatives to improve data quality within the marketing database to maximize audience utilization
      - Develop segmentation models for enhanced audience targeting in marketing campaigns
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to define audience criteria and ensure alignment with regional priorities
      - Ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal opt-in requirements for data management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with large-scale databases focusing on B2C/B2B data
      - Strong knowledge of marketing data sources, tools, and technologies, including CRM systems and data warehouses
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a strong command of SQL or equivalent
      - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
      - Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing marketing databases for enterprise-level organizations
      - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and BI dashboard/reporting tools
      - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
