  We are on the hunt for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic, fast-paced and successful Flight Centre Brand Marketing team, who work to push the boundaries of success for one of the world’s largest travel agency brands. In this role, you will report to the Flight Centre Marketing Manager and be part of the wider Flight Centre Global Marketing cohort.

  
  You will be an all-round marketer who will execute and measure the brand’s co-operative campaigns through above-the-line and digital advertising activities, as well as be our brand’s voice across social and content channels.

  About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Project managing marketing activity for upcoming campaigns, ‘always on’ activity, tactical sales and partnership activity marketing assets.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of marketing assets including briefing, proofing, approval and dispatch (across TVC, Radio, Press, Magazine, Paid Social/Digital, website campaign pages, POS material).
  • Manage post-campaign reporting and ROI analysis for suppliers and internal review.
  • Represent the Flight Centre brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of the Flight Centre tone of voice and brand USPs and meet overall brand and legal guidelines.
  • Develop online content, blog and social media strategies to drive increased engagement and advocacy towards our brand.

  • Proficient with the implementation of digital campaigns, social media and content/blog activity
  • The ability to write in a brand tone of voice.
  • The ability to work autonomously, troubleshooting problems on your own
  • The ability to work in a collaborative environment, working closely with the wider Marketing and Product New Zealand teams, as well as global team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
